If we are able to offer you any work it will be subject to the following terms.

Payment will be at the rate £0.XX (+ vat -

Payment rates for other vehicle types will be negotiated at the time.

The rate for return journeys/back loads will be 33% of the loaded mile rate.

Minimum Payment/Call out charge will be at the rate of £30 for Transit/Sprinter sized vans.

|
Minimum Payment/Call out charge will be at the rate of £25 for a small van/car.
|
|
|
Minimum Payment/Call out charge for other vehicle types will be negotiated at the time.

|
Excess Waiting Time or Handballing charges will NOT be paid unless they have been agreed beforehand.

|
Payment terms are 30 Days FROM RECEIPT OF INVOICE and will be made by electronic transfer.

All POD’s MUST be sent to us within FIVE WORKING DAYS, by Post or Email. If sent by Email, the originals MUST be included with your invoice.

|
|
Failure to send POD’s within FIVE WORKING DAYS may delay payment to you, irrespective of the date your invoice is received.
|
|
|
When sending your first invoice you should also include your Vat registration number, if applicable, and your bank details to allow payment to be made to you.
|
|
|
All routes and mileages are calculated using Satellite Navigation Software. Payments are made based on these calculations.
